2. Products and Customisation
Force Workwear specialises in customised and made-to-order workwear, including but not limited to garments featuring embroidery, printing, logos, names, or other personalised elements.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
Customised products are produced based on the specifications provided by you.
You are responsible for ensuring all supplied details are correct, including sizing, colours, spelling, artwork, and logo placement.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.
4. Artwork, Logos, and Intellectual Property
By supplying logos, artwork, or designs, you warrant that:
You have the legal right to use and reproduce the artwork.
The artwork does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Force Workwear is not liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied designs.
5. Proofing and Approval
Where applicable, digital proofs may be provided for approval prior to production. Approval confirms acceptance of:
Design layout
Colours
Spelling and content
Once approval is given, Force Workwear accepts no responsibility for errors not identified at the proofing stage.
6. Production Timeframes
Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on order size, complexity, and workload. Force Workwear is not liable for delays caused by:
Supplier delays
Customer approval delays
Events beyond our reasonable control
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch.
Force Workwear is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Customised Products
Due to the customised nature of our products:
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer-supplied errors.
This includes:
Incorrect sizes ordered
Spelling errors approved by the customer
Colour variations within acceptable industry tolerances
Manufacturing Faults
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major manufacturing fault.
Manufacturing faults may include:
Faulty embroidery or printing
Defective garments
Errors made by Force Workwear that differ from the approved proof
To request a remedy:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods
Provide clear photographs and order details
Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered
Force Workwear will assess the claim and determine the appropriate remedy.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Force Workwear will not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profits or business
Errors resulting from incorrect customer-supplied information
